OUR STORY
Mitsuura Brewery was founded in 1865 in Hofu, Yamaguchi. The craftsmanship that began with miso and soy sauce now lives on in every lemon slice we cut and dry by hand.
We use 'eco lemons' grown on the Seto Inland Sea coast without anti-mould agents or wax. Dried slowly, the lemon floats on your tea — gentle in acidity, bright in aroma. That is where FLOAT LEMON TEA began.
