COLD BREW — FLOAT LEMON TEA
The bright scent of Setouchi lemons and black tea from Tsukigase Kenko Chaen, drawn out slowly in cold water. The leaves steep gently into a strikingly clear, refined liquor — a cool welcome for hot days.

Drop 1 tea bag into 500ml of cold water
Chill in the fridge for 3+ hours
Pour into a glass and float a dried lemon slice
You can also brew the lemon together with the tea for a different flavor (the liquor turns slightly lighter). Delicious hot too — brew 500ml in a teapot for about 5 minutes.

Five tetra tea bags (each brews 500ml, about 2–3 cups) and ten slices of dried Japanese lemon. Enjoy generously by the pot with family and guests.

A clear amber liquor with a lemon slice afloat — cooling just to look at. Your go-to pitcher for summer hospitality.

Among the dried lemons hides a single star-shaped slice. Finding it in your glass is a small stroke of luck, just for you.
