Terms of Purchase
Please read the following before ordering. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Prices & payment
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) as Japan export prices, excluding Singapore taxes. We accept Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
2. GST & import rules
Orders above S$400 (including shipping) may be subject to 9% GST on import, payable by the recipient.
3. Customs
No action is required on your side for customs clearance. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
4. Shipping
Orders ship from Yamaguchi, Japan by EMS express, usually arriving in 2–5 business days (excluding customs processing). Pickup-point delivery and time slots are not available.
5. Returns
As food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For items damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for a free reshipment.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you cancel before your order ships, email us and we'll issue a full refund. As food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped. For defective items or damage in transit, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds are returned to your original card within 5–10 business days; depending on your card issuer, this may appear as an offset against the original charge rather than a separate credit.
