Shipping, taxes and everything else you might wonder about
No — nothing at all. Parcels to Singapore clear customs automatically. Just make sure your address and unit number are correct.
Singapore allows food imports for personal use without a permit up to S$100 in goods and 5kg per order, and our cart holds every order inside that limit. Postal imports up to S$400 are also within Singapore's GST import relief, so no GST is normally collected. If you want more than S$100 worth, simply place a second order.
It is simpler than it sounds. In most cases the carrier pays the GST on your behalf and collects it from you at delivery (similar to cash on delivery). Your parcel will not be confiscated — once paid, it is delivered as usual.
Yes — our teas and dried lemon products can be imported for personal use. We take care of the export paperwork on the Japan side.
Check the tracking link in your shipping email first. If nothing moves for several days, email us and we will investigate with Japan Post.
We ship by Japan Post EMS express from Yamaguchi. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch (excluding customs processing). You will receive a tracking number that works on both Japan Post and SingPost.
EMS parcels are delivered to your address. If you miss the delivery, SingPost will provide redelivery or collection options.
As our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will reship it free of charge.
