Every order ships directly from our brewery town in Yamaguchi, Japan by EMS international express. Here is everything you need to know.
Orders are packed in Yamaguchi and handed to Japan Post EMS. Delivery to Singapore usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, excluding customs processing.
Within the personal import allowance (under S$100, under 5kg) no import permit or paperwork is needed on your side.
EMS parcels are delivered to your door and may require a signature. If you miss the delivery, SingPost will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
Please make sure your address includes your unit number.
Singapore lets you import food for personal use without an import permit when the order is under S$100 in goods and under 5kg. Our cart holds every order inside that, so your parcel clears without paperwork.
Separately, postal imports up to S$400 (goods + shipping) fall under Singapore's GST import relief, and we are not registered under the Overseas Vendor Registration regime, so no GST is charged at checkout either.
Paying is simple: in most cases the carrier pays the GST on your behalf and collects it from you at delivery (similar to cash on delivery). Your parcel is never confiscated over GST — once paid, it is delivered as usual.
