How and when we ship
Every order ships from Yamaguchi, Japan by Japan Post EMS express. Delivery to Singapore usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch (excluding customs processing). Parcels are fully tracked and delivered to your door.

Free shipping on orders over S$80.00
This is a flat promotional rate. Japan Post EMS charges us more than S$9.90 on most parcels from Japan, and we cover the difference so you always know your shipping cost up front.
Tracking your parcel
Your shipping email includes a tracking number that works on both Japan Post and your local postal service.
Customs & taxes
Orders stay inside Singapore's personal food import allowance (under S$100, under 5kg), so no import permit is needed and no GST is normally collected. For details, see:
