Terms of Purchase
Please read the following before ordering. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Prices & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) as Japan export prices, excluding Australian taxes. We accept Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
2. Duty, GST & import rules
Orders above A$1,000 (including shipping) may be subject to import duty and GST on import, payable by the recipient.
3. Customs
No action is required on your side for customs clearance. Parcels may be inspected by Australian biosecurity — all our products are commercially packaged, shelf-stable foods, so this is routine. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
4. Shipping
Orders ship from Yamaguchi, Japan by EMS express, usually arriving in 2–5 business days (excluding customs processing). Pickup-point delivery and time slots are not available.
5. Returns
As food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For items damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for a free reshipment.
