Shipping & Delivery Guide

Every order ships directly from our brewery town in Yamaguchi, Japan by EMS international express. Here is everything you need to know.

Shipping

Orders are packed in Yamaguchi and handed to Japan Post EMS. Delivery to Australia usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, excluding customs and biosecurity processing.

Tracking

1You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships
2Track it on Japan Post until it arrives in Australia
3Australia Post takes over for final delivery to your door

💡 No import registration or paperwork is needed on your side.

Receiving your parcel

EMS parcels are delivered to your door and may require a signature. If you miss the delivery, Australia Post will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

⚠️ Please make sure your address includes your unit number.

💰 About duty & GST

Orders up to A$1,000 (goods + shipping) enter Australia free of import duty and GST, so nothing is normally collected.

Above A$1,000, import duty and GST may be collected. Our cart warns you before you reach the threshold, so you can shop with confidence.
