Terms of Purchase
Please read the following before ordering. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Prices & payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) as Japan export prices, excluding US taxes and duties. We accept Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
2. Duties & import rules
US import duties and fees may apply to orders and are payable by the recipient, collected by the carrier on delivery.
3. Customs
No action is required on your side for customs clearance. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
4. Shipping
Orders ship from Yamaguchi, Japan by EMS express, usually arriving in 2–5 business days (excluding customs processing). Pickup-point delivery and time slots are not available.
5. Returns
As food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. For items damaged in transit, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery for a free reshipment.
